Because every item is one-of-a-kind and vintage, all sales are final. We do our best to photograph honestly and describe any flaws — if you have questions about a piece before buying, email us at hello@cinnamon-rags.com.

If something arrives damaged

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — refund, replacement when possible, or store credit.

Lost packages

If tracking says “delivered” but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's truly lost, email us and we'll work with USPS on a claim.
